HTC HD 8 has a 4.3-inch touch-screen display, a 1GHz Qualcomm QSD8250 processor, 512MB ROM, 576MB RAM, and run the Windows Phones 7 OS, so I think the HTC HD8 maybe has a 720p HD display, 1GB ROM and run the Windows Phone 8 OS.
